EverBloom Preserved is committed to ensuring that our website, everbloompreserved.com.au, is accessible to people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the standard referenced by the Australian Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth). • Respecting the “reduced motion” setting for people who prefer less animation.

Compatibility

Our website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) on desktop and mobile, together with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and speech-recognition software.

Some interactive features — such as the shopping cart and checkout — rely on JavaScript being enabled. Payment is handled by Stripe’s secure hosted checkout, which maintains its own accessibility practices.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some limitations may remain. We are aware that:

• A small number of older images may have incomplete alternative text while we review and update our catalogue.
• Some content provided by third-party services (for example, embedded social media or the Stripe checkout) is outside our direct control.
