Everyone is welcome
Accessibility Statement
We want every couple to be able to browse, understand, and order from EverBloom Preserved — regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, and we welcome your feedback.
Last updated · 11 July 2026
EverBloom Preserved is committed to ensuring that our website, everbloompreserved.com.au, is accessible to people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the standard referenced by the Australian Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological conditions.
Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that while we meet many of the requirements, some parts of the content may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to close any remaining gaps.
Measures we take
Accessibility is considered as we design, build, and update the site. Steps we take include:
- Using semantic HTML and a logical heading structure so screen readers can navigate pages in a meaningful order.
- Providing descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and marking decorative images so they are skipped.
- Ensuring the site can be operated by keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators.
- Maintaining sufficient colour contrast between text and its background across our palette.
- Building a responsive layout that adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops, and supports browser zoom and larger text.
- Writing clear, plain-language content and descriptive links and buttons.
- Respecting the “reduced motion” setting for people who prefer less animation.
Compatibility
Our website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) on desktop and mobile, together with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and speech-recognition software.
Some interactive features — such as the shopping cart and checkout — rely on JavaScript being enabled. Payment is handled by Stripe’s secure hosted checkout, which maintains its own accessibility practices.
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some limitations may remain. We are aware that:
- A small number of older images may have incomplete alternative text while we review and update our catalogue.
- Some content provided by third-party services (for example, embedded social media or the Stripe checkout) is outside our direct control.
